The moment I decided to lose weight and be fit. I doved head on. Later did I realize I was just going into circles because I don’t have a clear plan on what to do. So I changed ways and sat down and made a starting plan. Even if the bliueprint seems crude to professionals. It did the job for me. I was so happy and wish to share it to all of you.
